Our Founder
I am Bastián Muñóz, founder of Bull Solutions Consulting.
I didn't start as a consultant. I started as a technician: I worked in carpentry, renovations, electricity, mechanics, sales, and operational industry. I have managed workshops, quoted on-site, dealt with difficult clients and technical teams in more than six countries.
Over the years, I understood that working well is not enough.
A technical business only grows when it has structure, commercial clarity, and the ability to delegate key tasks such as sales, customer service, or management.
I learned what works and what doesn't: from how to define real prices to how to present a professional proposal, organize teams, and comply with regulations in different countries.
Today, I lead an international network that helps technicians, operators, and industrial companies stop improvising and start scaling with real strategy.
